Would radiant barrier coupled with the lack of attic ventilation contribute to the shingles blistering?

Radiant barriers could increase the temperature of the roof deck on which the shingles are installed.

Industry magazine articles have reported in the past that radiant barriers can contribute to increased shingle temperatures as the heat is not allowed to flow through the roofing materials into the attic as well as it would before the barrier is applied. The lack of airflow through the attic will also increase the temperature of the roof deck on which the shingles are installed.
