Is ShingleVent II ridge vent rated to withstand 130 MPH winds?

Here is some information about the wind rating for ShingleVent II ridge vent.

According to Texas Department of Insurance (TDI),  ShingleVent II is rated for -160 psi uplift. Using the IRC (International Residential Code) table R301.2(2) you can convert uplift to Basic Wind Speed. ShingleVent II exceeds the requirement for 130 mph for roofs up to 45 degrees and less than 40 feet tall. We can show that it meets the requirements using the IRC tables, but we do not have a document from a third party where it specifically states 130 mph.
