The Edge Vent will not work with gutter protection devices that install under shingles.

Gutter protection devices that install under shingles are not compatible with The Edge Vent. Such gutter protection devices use surface tension to control the flow of the water runoff into the gutter, and breaking this flow with The Edge Vent will compromise the function of these products.
