What does the product warranty cover?

The product warranty covers all material and workmanship defects.

The Air Vent product warranty covers all material and workmanship defects. For non-powered vents, that means the metal, the paint on the metal, the plastic, and the internal weather filter from all problems associated with weather exposure. For power vents, that means the motor, the thermostat, the humidistat, and the solar panel are warranted for operation; and the dome and base from weather exposure. The warranty does not cover applications of any of the products. Although Air Vent offer's installation instructions, Air Vent cannot warrant the application because Air Vent cannot control all the possible variations that occur during actual installation. However, that does not mean that Air Vent will not stand behind the product.
